The Theta Affirmation Bed
Play two tones a few hertz apart — one in each ear — and your brain perceives a third beat that is in neither channel. Sit the beat at 6 Hz and you land in the theta band: the slow, receptive, half-dreaming state where affirmations stop being sentences and start being felt.
This is the core Elevate Daily bed. Over it, you hear your own voice reading your affirmations — foreground and audible, not hidden. Consciously-heard affirmations in a relaxed state are what actually move you; buried "subliminal" audio has weak evidence and we don't pretend otherwise.
How to use it
- Headphones on. Binaural beats only work in stereo — one frequency per ear. On a speaker you'll hear a pleasant pad and nothing more.
- Eyes closed, breath slow. Give the first minute to settling. The bed fades in for you.
- Let the words pass through, don't grip them. When your voice reads a line, feel it as already true — that feeling is the whole mechanism.
- Fifteen minutes, most mornings. Repetition is what turns a statement into an identity.
A note on the science: binaural entrainment has modest, real evidence for relaxation and mood — it's a nudge, not magic. We design for a state; we don't make medical claims.
